Joe Raschilla

Joe has been passionately selling Real Estate since 1991. His interest amplified with the purchase of a small apartment in Brentham Street, Leederville in 1987.

He initially began his working career in banking and retail management, and in 1991 he decided that a career in Real Estate was the direction he wanted to pursue.

In the past 34 years, Joe has been actively selling residential Real Estate and servicing the inner northern suburbs of Yokine, Joondanna, Tuart Hill and Mount Hawthorn.

Joe prides himself on being a “boutique” operator that has continually delivered that personal attention in the sale of a home.

In the past 32 years the way that we sell Real Estate has changed- in 1991 what was the internet, virtual photography or Facebook?

“I have always maintained that I am in the ‘people’ business, and real estate is the vehicle,” says Joe, “Yes technology has changed, but people have not”.

Joe lives locally in Mt Hawthorn and enjoys catching up with friends for a coffee, gardening and going for walks around the area in his spare time.
